We have exciting news! After years of dedication and perseverance, we are thrilled to announce that our non-profit organization, Thrive Purple Heart, has officially received its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS!

This is a monumental step toward achieving our mission of creating systemic change against coercive control and helping survivors via Jenny’s H.O.U.S.E. (Help One of Us Survive Escaping).

The Immediate Hurdle: We Need Your Help to Move Forward

While securing 501(c)(3) status is a huge victory, we still face a crucial and complicated step before we can begin full charitable operations: securing Georgia State Charity Solicitation registration.

• This process is complex, requires immediate time investment, includes notarizing documents, and demands resources we currently don’t have.
• The reality: Building a compliant nonprofit and finishing my personal legal battle—which is necessary for me to dedicate myself fully to Jenny’s H.O.U.S.E.—is too much for one person to manage while also trying to survive.
